Conversion of an abandoned warehouse to an office building with office space, classrooms, library, break room, and a shipping/receiving area. The scope-of-work included redesign/reuse of the mechanical and electrical systems, reuse of light fixtures, doors and doorframes as well as treatment of rust, mold, and asbestos throughout the building.
