Inver Glen
Inver Grove Heights, MN

Inver Glen is the first LEED certified senior living building in the State of Minnesota. The building is situated on a site near wetlands and natural rain gardens which were incorporated into the landscaping. Additionally, this project incorporates a 4-pipe mechanical system. We followed LEED guidelines for material use and educated subcontractors on using the appropriate products in order to meet the Environmental Indoor Air Quality.
