are trained in methods aimed at lowering the project's impact on its
surroundings. We have over 25 LEED Accredited Professionals on staff.

Weis Builders has experience with a wide variety of green construction projects
including buildings that are LEED® Certified by the US Green Building Council. Our extensive experience with green products and systems allows us to work with clients to minimize the costs associated with green building. Our experience shows green construction costs can be contained to a level that is comparable to traditionally constructed buildings.

As a result of our commitment to sustainability, Weis Builders has implemented various programs that serve to recycle and/or reuse construction materials, reduce waste amounts, control run off, and provide on-site separation of construction waste. We have developed a storm water compliance program that is highly recognized in the storm water industry and by numerous regulatory agencies.

Weis Builders believes that in addition to positive environmental impact, green buildings also provide economic benefits for developers, building owners and occupants.
