Weis Builders provides Flexible Spending Accounts (Health Care and Dependent Care) to allow associates to set aside pre-tax dollars for anticipated health or dependent care expenses over the course of a calendar year.

Our 401(k) Plan is provided by Principal Financial. Associates are eligible on the first day of the month following six months of employment. We have financial advisors who meet one on one that can help you decide the best option for you.
Short-Term Disability Salary Continuation
Associates who have completed nine months of continuous service are eligible for short-term disability coverage in the event of a disability.
Life and AD&D Insurance AND Long-Term Disability
Full time associates will be covered on the first of the month following one month of employment.
Optional Term Life Insurance
Rates are based on associate‚Äôs age and determined by amount purchased.
Weis Builders Pluses
Full time associates that have completed six months of continuous service can use educational assistance to pay for tuition, student fees and required texts.
Health Club Reimbursement
Weis Builders offers a monthly membership reimbursement for health club attendance. This also includes a one time reimbursement on the health club initiation fee.
Interest Free Home Computer Loan
Full time associates with six months service may apply for an interest free loan to purchase a home computer.
Weis Builders has nine paid holidays per calendar year for all full time associates
Associates will accrue paid sick time to a maximum of 9 days per year.
Continuous internal training sessions are offered throughout the year.

Vacation is pro-rated based upon the month in which you are hired. Associates are able to carry over up to five days in the following year.
